Production Technician
As we expand and grow, a new position as Production Technician has become available. We invite you to join our family at SERVPRO of The Bridgewaters. We provide the leadership through in-house training as well as CE continuing education options to make you a successful member of our Production Team. You are expected to perform your duties according to SERVPRO production guidelines, adhering to schedules and always putting customer service as the number one priority. You are in uniform, looking neat and clean as your vehicle and equipment, and always leaving the worksite orderly and our customers smiling. SERVPRO Marketing Representative--SMR
Your Role is to become a valued member of our SERVPRO of The Bridgewaters Team by promoting and selling our services within your assigned territory. Your drive results in meeting or exceeding sales goals. You work to grow and develop the ever-expanding footprint in our service area. You understand the need for networking and putting our brand at the forefront of the cleanup and restoration industry. For success, you apply a systematic approach and practices to identify new prospects and to contact and follow up with customers routinely. By being a member of community business associations and bureaus, you are building relationships and educating the customer on why SERVPRO is a premier cleaning and restoration company.

We provide and you utilize the quarterly Marketing Media Kit to offer SERVPRO features and services as you sell the benefits along with concise communication, accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and the job estimates. As a professional, you follow up through all phases of the sales to the completion process to ensure customer satisfaction.

The expected results are that sales goals are attained or exceeded consistently. Our customer base grows, and your internal and external communications are timely and effective. You strive as we all do, to meet and beat the expectations of our customers and clients.
