This sewage backup occurred during business hours. Prior to contacting SERVPRO the manager of the store attempted to clean up the mess and even though he mopped up what he could, he could not get rid of the smell. He realized that this project was more than he was able to handle. When he contacted SERVPRO, he explained everything. SERVPRO explained the process to him to ease his worries.  The technicians loaded up the trucks with everything they would need to clean and kill the smell. Upon arrival at the store they assessed the area affected and immediately went to work. The manager who did not think that they would be able to get rid of the smell was pleased to know that it was gone and that SERVPRO was there to help.
