Brockton Office Building Needs Extensive Water Damage Cleanup

Water damage plus sewage is one of the most severe types of damage a Brockton property can face. The water in this office building spilled throughout a tiled hallway and left a dangerous situation for slip and fall accidents with sewage-contaminated water. To lift away the water as fast as possible, SERVPRO techs used both portable pumps and manual methods of mops and buckets. The water wicked behind the baseboards along the floor line and they required removal. Most of the tile flooring remained unbreeched by the moisture however, the detection equipment did find a row that needed removal to dry the subfloor underneath. Afterward, techs covered it with plastic until repairs here made.
