Bridgewater Sewage Backup Leaves Commercial Water Damage
Sewage is one of the most severe types of commercial water damage a Bridgewater property can face. Sewage backed up through this drain, and while it did not breach the tile flooring, it did wick behind the tile on the wall and sheetrock backer board around the bathroom. Technicians measured above the water line and cleanly cut away the damaged areas, which had no potential for restoration. This action also opens up the wall cavity for complete drying. As seen in the After Photo, the bathroom has the walls opened up, and the area is dry. The techs use the antimicrobial cleaning agent in the two bottles by the door to ensure the room returns to sanitary standards for rebuilding and reuse.
